PRICING POLICY: Prices subject to change without notice.
SPECIAL PRICING: Large quantity special pricing available on most products. See closeouts and promotions listed on our website.
MINIMUM ORDER: $30
$25.00 Charge for less than the minimum order.
PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 Days upon credit approval. Interest charge of 1.5-2.5% per month on overdue balances.
DROP SHIPMENTS: A $25.00 drop shipment fee will be charged per destination.
CARRIER CLAIMS: Damage claims and shortages in shipments must be noted on the carrier’s freight receipt and called into our customer service department within 24 hours of the time of delivery.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS: Authorization must be requested prior to return. Credit will only be issued on original purchase price, age and salability of product. Restocking fees are deducted from credit amount.
Only unopened cartons can be returned.
FREIGHT TERMS: Orders of $3,000 or more shipped east of the Mississippi will be prepaid. Orders between $1,500 and $2,999 are billed at a flat rate shipping charge.
Orders shipped west of the Mississippi will be shipped freight prepaid and incremental freight costs will be added to customer’s invoice.
Prepaid freight does not include lift gate fees or additional delivery expenses from carrier. Extra charges to be added to customer invoice. Shipping error fees charged for all ground freight when applicable.
